This item is a bit tricky to install, as if it's off by just a hair it can cause obstructions. We recommend professional installation because of this, even though it is a small simple looking piece.

The item needs to be place precisely in place, where the thin fins of the Reverse and Drive button are lined up perfectly, then placed down. If these are not position correctly, it may cause the item to lift up as its not seated correctly.
