*OE replacement *Dry carbon fiber - matte finish *Autoclave process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, matte finish *Our DRY carbon does not have UV protection, it is recommended to have it coated with an automotive-grade clear coat with UV inhibitors if you do not plan to paint or wrap the part *Mounts with OE hardware *Hoods are hand-crafted and weigh approximately 9 lbs. (O.E. hood weighs 15.7 lbs.) *All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. *Heat shield required *Anderson Composites does not suggest installing aftermarket gas shocks/dampers/struts *The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended
